Custom Message On Hold Department vs. Self-Service Department

I'm not sure I understand the difference between these two departments on the Audio Production Store. Can't I customize my program in the self-service department?

Yes you can customize your Message On Hold program using the Self-Service department of the Audio Production Store. You can choose the voice you like and the music theme by sampling them on the store. And your script can be exactly to your specifications. The only difference is that you write it yourself (or at least supply it to the store ready to record). The Custom department provides you with a living breathing experienced professional Script Consultant who will work with you to develop an effective Message On Hold script based on information you provide about your business. It will go through as many drafts as necessary until you are satisfied it is ready to record. Your consultant will also assist you with choosing a suitable voice and music, though you can still sample voices at the store or website. Either way you'll have a professionally produced program to speak to callers on hold. By providing the script on the Self-Service department, you will get a getter price because you will be doing some of the work. Some of our store customers start with Custom to let our Script Consultants develop their first script and help them along, then afterwards, they feel confident enough to write updates themselves, so then they use the Self-Service department to save a little money.
