I have a recorded program on tape cassette, but I recently bought equipment from another vendor that requires MP3. How do I get the file from the cassette?

Hi JR-
If you only have the program on cassette, you can send it to us and we can convert it to an mp3 file for a small charge. The quality of the audio will depend on the quality of the cassette. If the program is old, you might consider doing a new production. If you have the script and only want minor changes, you can use our Self-Service Message On Hold department at our online store where you can choose the voice and music desired and get a very good price. The store is at www.mohstore.com. Otherwise contact us to discuss your options at 800-666-6465.
